PCB and PCBA design

Optical systems will almost newer stand alone today. Most customers want and need to store images made from our optical solutions. Often it is done to process the images the optical solutions capture or to save them for documentation.

Depending on the type of specifications from our customers, we advise them to use a pre-made PBC solution, which is often the cheapest thing to do, and the fast track to completion.

Alternatively, we will design the correct PCB and PCBA for the solution you need, so everything is within your project’s specifications.

We have done so many times, and we know the industry and the pitfalls of creating your custom PCB or PCBA unit.

ATE’s Recycle Camera is positioned to monitor everything thrown into the container. Within a second, it can scan materials and trigger an alarm if non-cardboard items are detected. The camera’s image recognition improves over time using Neural Networks (AI), becoming so precise it can detect even small items like a ballpoint pen.
